Potty Training - Ugh!!!

Ok...here's the challenge...to potty train my 2 year old by her birthday {Sept. 20th}. Do you think I'm crazy? I'm really hoping we can do it, but this morning is not going so great...we have had two accidents, sat on the potty only once, and no luck going in the potty yet.

She's big enough to cycle around the shop on her sister's big girl bike with training wheels...

And Mikayla gladly switches to the scooter....

She loves this bike...

I'm just not brave enough to do the bare naked theory...so here we are in just our padded underpants {which by the way are wet in this shot}.
I really hope it will not be a repeat of our last potty training attempt which took till she was 4 to fully train.

Any tips are needed.....
Thanks

Hey Heather - Thanks for the link. Awesome website, you have yourself a cute little family. Everyone always looks so happy.

I do have some advice on the potty training and it worked like magic on Brooke. Daycare advised me to just bring her in underwear when I was "serious" about potty training. I thought "Really?" I couldn't help but laugh to myself thinking "eww, what a mess that will be." Reluctant to do so, I took her to school the next day in her "big-girl" underwear and a whole slew of extra clothes, socks, shoes, etc. It worked like magic. She only had I think 2 accidents and was trained in no time. The teachers told me it works the best because the kids "feel" when they have accidents and don't like the feeling plus it's embarrassing. They said the pull-ups are too much like a diaper so it is just easier for a kid to continue to have accidents in them. Brooke was potty trained at 2 1/2. I hear Boys are harder then girls. Someone said youre supposed to put cheerios in the potty for the boys to aim at. Gee god - perhaps Chris can teach Luke!!
