Online crop underway

Ok the online crop event at scraptacular (http://www.itsscraptacular.com/main/?q=node/1 ) is well under way. All the challenges look to be posted and entries are being posted.

Here are a few layouts I finished last evening....
Alexis and Mikayla posed with Uncle Jason on the motorcycle. Mikayla was even brave enough to go for a quick ride around the property. Alexis didn't want the loud motorcycle running while she was around.
Alexis and Mikayla enjoy some time at the playground.

We had miniature frogs all over the shop property! Amazing to Joe and I, it was Samantha out there picking them up! Mikayla was in to looking at them, but not into picking them up yet.
Ok, back to the craft table!

Another Jump Party

Mikayla was invited to a party at the Jump Factory for her preschool mate, Taylor!
I made a cute little chick card for Taylor.
And Mikayla smiled for the camera with the gift bag we designed.

Then we had some fun at the jump factory!

Blog Candy

Visit http://www.musingsandmemories-taryn.blogspot.com/ for a chance to win blog candy! And catch sneaks peeks at some cute layouts!

Road to recovery

A friend of ours recently had back surgery. So we sent a card to let him know we were thinking of him and his wife. If they needed any help to call.

I have to believe that it means a little more to the receipt to receive a handmade card then a store bought. I sure do wish my family and friends were crafters, I'd love to receive a handmade card.
I'm raising my girls to enjoy cards and crafting. It's nice to receive handmade cards from my 5 year old, but I also look forward to the days when she's older and see what awesome creations she will come up with!
